Shabina Anwar

Shabina Anwar is Vice President of Global Loyalty Rewards for Mastercard, overseeing product management, product development, and go-to-market strategy,. She also oversees product innovation for Loyalty including exploration of new opportunities spaces, creating next-gen solutions, contributing to product strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental customer value. Shabina brings a broad understanding of payments, technology, and data with an appreciation of loyalty customer needs across acquisition, retention, and engagement. Prior to this role, she was the global head of Global Loyalty Platforms for Rewards, Offers and Cardholder Services and led the optimization and modernization of platforms leading to cloud-based microservices. Since joining the company in 1994, Shabina has held several leadership roles across engineering and product in North America, Asia, and Europe, and currently is based out of New York.
