Jim Stapleton is a member of the Financial Services & Insurance Vertical at Epsilon, an agency within the Publicis Groupe, where he delivers marketing data and technology solutions that enable banks, credit unions and insurance providers to better understand and serve the needs of their customers and grow their businesses in the process.

Before joining Epsilon, Jim was Group Executive at FIS where he led the community and regional bank division providing these clients with the technology and tools from core processing to loyalty solutions.

Jim led sales for Softcard, a mobile payments joint venture between AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless chartered with building a nationwide mobile commerce network transforming the way consumers shop, pay and save. As head of sales, Jim was responsible for developing relationships with merchants, acquirers, banks, POS technology partners and other enterprise customers of Softcard.
