Matteo is one of the most recognized and respected faces in the FinTech industry globally with plenty of accolades. He has over 20 years of expertise and deep connections amongst global banks executives, startups and investors.

Matteo also holds a University degree in Computer Science from the University of Genova and a Postgraduate degree in Financial Transactions from Solvay Business School. He spent 13 years as a key executive at SWIFT, where he held various positions from sales to global account management.
In 2007, he founded swiftcommunity.net which was built based on the experience he gathered from designing italiansonline.net, the world largest Italian expat portal that came to life in 2003, way before Facebook was born. He also Co-founded Innotribe, the innovation arm of SWIFT in 2008. From there, he launched the renowned Innotribe Startup Challenge, which is the first global challenge for FinTech entrepreneurs, as well as the Enablers group; a cross-industry group mentoring Innotribe and SWIFT on strategy and financial trends.
Eileen has over 20 years of financial services marketing leadership at well-known brands financial brands-- BlackRock, Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo Bank-- as well as fintech companies such as PENSCO and LendingClub.
Eileen has built and lead all aspects of marketing - brand strategy, growth, multi-channel, events, education, social media, public relations and has spent most of her career in the digital space creating award winning social and video content. She has a deep understanding of the wants, needs and behaviors of individual investors, financial advisors, and entrepreneurs.
Eileen's personal passion is financial literacy and she teaches workshops for recent college graduates on investing for retirement and building good credit history. In addition to her marketing leadership she is also in the process of completing the Certified Financial Planner certificate program at UC Berkeley Extension. She holds the FINRA series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
As Vice President of Affluent Marketing at Wells Fargo, Leslie Goldstein is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to deepen relationships based on each customer's unique financial needs. Leslie's current role is a rare blend of developing cross-channel business capabilities, driving awareness of Wells Fargo's holistic offerings, and supporting segment-specific growth goals.
Leslie joined Wells Fargo to develop strategies for its Deposit Products Group in 2006, before moving into strategy and marketing roles for the bank's affluent segment. With previous experience building Charles Schwab's 401(k) business, Leslie continues to pursue roles that focus on innovative go-to-market strategies.
Leslie earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has a bachelor's degree in economics from UCLA. When not working, she enjoys getting outdoors to walk her dog, run, hike and play tennis.
Andras currently leads the North America Cards Marketing & Digital Acquisition team at BMO Financial Group in developing a customer centric marketing strategy with a focus on traditional and digital advertising channels (paid search, social, display, affiliates). Leading a diverse team of digital marketing professionals in Canada and the US, he is passionate about leveraging digital platforms and technologies to drive performance and portfolio growth in a measurable way. His team is responsible for formulating and executing acquisition and existing customer strategies, developing a roadmap across all channels for the adoption of new technology solutions and for the allocation of marketing investments to maximize return.
Prior to joining BMO, he held various leadership roles at American Express Canada from digital acquisition to merchant marketing and managing large co-brand partnerships. Before American Express, he worked for Citigroup in Canada and Europe allowing him to gain a diverse set of financial services experiences in product management, marketing, payments and customer experience across different geographies. He holds an MBA from the Corvinus University in Budapest, Hungary.
Jennifer Borchardt has over 20 years’ experience designing Omnichannel experiences for financial services. She the Director of Omnichannel Experience & Strategy for US Bank Wealth Management. She was previously Vice President of UX Strategy at Wells Fargo, where she led the evolution of bank, brokerage and wealth management experience, including digital channels and innovation. She was also Lead Producer at E*TRADE, where she led the design and localization of E*TRADE's international websites. She was an onsite principal in the company's European offices and worked with teams in Australia, Europe, Asia, and South Africa.

Simone Brunozzi is Founder and CEO of Fabrica. He is a tech leader at various companies, most notably Amazon Web Services and VMware. While at VMware, from 2014 to 2016, Simone served as a Vice President and Chief Technologist (global role) for VMware Inc., focusing on Cloud technology (vCloud Air). This role included public speaking, relationships with key clients, strategy and roadmap, driving innovation inside the company, managing a team of Solutions Engineers to drive adoption of VMware’s Cloud products. While at Amazon Web Services, from 2008 to 2014, he served as a Senior Technology Evangelist.
He frequently mentors startups and innovative companies, including ones incubated in startup accelerators (Techstars and others). He also sits on two boards as Director. He is an investor in, and advisor of, CloudAcademy.com (knowledge platform) and about a dozen other tech startups.
