Edd is VP of Social Marketing for City National Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada. With almost two decades of marketing experience across the UK, US, and EU via Sony Electronics, Sony Pictures, and Yahoo Finance, he joined City National in 2018 and is based in LA.
As the Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations at Woodruff Sawyer, a 100-year-old commercial insurance brokerage firm based in San Francisco, Jeff Fenigstein is responsible for all marketing efforts, including enabling a renowned team of producers and account executives as they support Woodruff Sawyer’s clients and prospects.

As a Chief of Staff, Jessie Szymanski drives the direction of the Investor Group at LendingClub. She fosters company growth through strategy, team leadership, and leading cross-functional initiatives. She also serves as Sr. Director of Marketing on the team, driving marketing and communications strategy for investors on the LendingClub platform. She has been a communications and marketing leader for over 13 years with expertise in product and content marketing, sales strategy, and strategic communications in financial services for both rapid-growth startups and established corporations. Currently, she leads a team covering multiple client types including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and insurance companies.
Prior to LendingClub, Jessie was a Vice President at BlackRock leading product marketing initiatives for iShares, the global leader in exchange traded funds (ETFs), in which she successfully brought 30+ new products to market that each generate millions in net new business per year.
Jessie holds a B.A. in Public and International affairs from Princeton University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Tim Rickards leads activation and engagement efforts for self-directed investors and traders at Schwab. His team connects with clients throughout their time with the firm, using a combination of automated and ad hoc campaigns based on numerous behavior-based segments.
Tim joined Schwab in 2003, where he has held various marketing roles within the company supporting Schwab’s retail and institutional businesses. Before that he worked at Arc Worldwide, Grey Advertising, McCann Marketing, and Financial Engines, where he developed campaign strategy and/or creative content for online, print and broadcast efforts.
In the fifth grade, Robert Rose’s teacher sent him home with a note that said ‘Robert likes to tell stories.’ Well, as it turns out, she was right. Robert is the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of The Content Advisory – the consulting and advisory group of The Content Marketing Institute. Robert has been helping marketers tell their story more effectively through digital media for more than 20 years. Over the last five years, Robert has worked with more than 500 companies of all sizes, including 15 of the Fortune 100. Ravi Misquitta, Senior Vice President, leads Franklin Templeton Investment’s Marketing Strategy and Technology team in which he is responsible for Digital Marketing, Marketing & Sales Technology Strategy, and Product Data Services. His focus on driving the firm’s digital marketing efforts and technology innovation initiatives are highly dependent on leveraging data and derived insights.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ravi served in leadership roles driving client insights, marketing strategy, and technology innovation in firms that include BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, and Ernst & Young.
Ravi earned his degree in Economics from Hamilton College and the London School of Economics. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three sons.
Christina is senior vice president, head of digital marketing for KeyBank and leads a staff of 25 and multiple agency partners. She joined the bank as senior vice president, social and digital marketing, in 2014 and was promoted to her current role in 2016.
At KeyBank, she oversees Key.com, search marketing, and social media marketing and customer care for the enterprise organization. She holds nearly 20 years of marketing experience, with a specialized expertise in digital marketing, marketing communications and idea generation.
In addition to her role at KeyBank, Christina had agency stints with Rosetta (NYC and Cleveland), Dix & Eaton and Marcus Thomas. Her industry expertise has largely centered on financial services, retail and hospitality organizations.
Christina is the recipient of the 2017 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award (DMSA) by the Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland. In 2015, she co-founded SheInTheCLE.com, a blogger collective for women in Cleveland. She is a founding member of Playhouse Square’s Leading Ladies. Additionally, she is a Bridge Builders Class of 2015 graduate.
Recently, Christina has presented as a speaker for the 2016 CMO Digital Summit, ANA’s 2015 digital and social marketing conference, Word of Mouth Marketing Association’s (WOMMA) 2015 national conference and the 2016 YouToo Social Media Conference.
A seasoned Gen X’er, Jennifer Heyman is in her fourth year as VP of Wells Fargo leading the social media conversation across seven platforms. She leads a global team and marvels constantly at how fans and consumers are changing the landscape of personalized and real –time communication with today’s brands. Prior work experience has included a 20 year stint leading marketing and strategy for brands like Charles Schwab, Oracle, Houghton Mifflin and Organic Online. Jennifer hails from the great city of Chicago and loves sports, live music and knits scarves to keep warm. Juan joined Rabobank on January 2016. Prior to joining the bank he was head of Digital Marketing for the Americas at MUFG Union Bank. Before that he was SVP eMerchandising at Bank of America and previous to that he was SVP Interactive Design at Wachovia / Wells Fargo. In addition he was a partner at three marketing agencies, two in the U.S. and one in Europe. He also worked with Dun & Bradstreet out of their Mexico and Venezuela offices.
